Novanet 1 was teh UK's Largest Multihull at 80ft, and competed in Gran-Prix Events round Europe. She was fast & wet, reaching 32 knots, which in 1986, & nowadays is amazing.
Throuhg the connection with Peter Phillips & Richard Branson I managed ot get a ride on Virgin Atlantic Challenger too, out into the Channel at 80knots. Now wthat really is fast on the water.
I have also sailed on many Open 60 race yachts including Steve Whites, now called Toe in the Water, Pindar, & Artemis Ocean Racing.
