“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all"

Ever since I was a little boy I have wanted to journey to South Africa to see the wildlife and natural wonders it beholds.

I don’t know what excites me more hiking in the Tsitsikamma National Park or surfing in the magnificent Jeffrey’s Bay.

I am a big admirer of Nelson Mandela and I have always dreamed of one day visiting his homeland. I am a graphic designer and everyday I am challenged to come up with different ways of thinking to solve problems.

In my spare time I do voluntary work for an outdoor education company and my adventurous spirit pushed me to run the London marathon for charity earlier this year.

I try to seek out new adventures in every day life. I believe travel is very important in personal growth and it’s the quality of the experience that counts.

I get involved in the community when I travel.

This has included working for a summer camp in the USA and teaching English in Spain, My video is the conclusion of a challenge I set myself a few years ago - To do two things a week I was scared of for an entire year.

It showcases the great adventures you can have in New Zealand and I inspired many others to do the same thing.

I would take this philosophy along with my adventurous attitude and use it to showcase South Africa to the world! Cheers Chris Flack
